male fh looks sick

i just came back from holiday and went to feed my fishes when i notice my huge male fh has huge swollen lips and a bump on the right check- looks like rocky- no tough mates except for some aros and a smaller blk nasty. any ideas- not sure how to treat him,any ideas-will take pixs once i find my camera

cosmetic, aquarium salt + melafix, bump temp up to 82F. 1- 2 weeks everything fine n dandy

same thing happened to me. it's ducklips.. bring the temp down slowly to about 73. Use metro or something similar along with salt. also darkness and isolation help a great deal. good luck holmes.
