It's still a SRD just lacks the red. Looks good and could mix well with a female carpintis. I'm growing out a group of female synspilus and going to pick up a small group of carpintis to try to mix some of my males I have. Good luck!

Not a SRD. An SuperRedDragon has extremely intense red that makes up 1/3 to 3/4 of the body. That is a nice looking flowerhorn that is most likely a Red Dragon and ZZ mix. But the fact that he is fertile is awesome. If you breed to a carpintis you will get amazing pearling but the chances for a nice kok on the offspring will be low. I have kept Carpintis in the past and have always loved their pearling. Especially the carpintis from the Escondido water ways whose pearls are very wormed in shape and holographic in color. Absolutely stunning! But anyway have fun creating some pearly beauties just don't expect a lot of kok.
