My male green terror (which was absolutly beautiful) got hole in the head. When I saw a tiny hole appear I immediatly checked water parameters...everything was good, perfect, in fact. My female green terror and young oscars showed no symptoms, even to this day (3 weeks later). I do weekly water changes too. I haven't feed any live foods to them in the past 6 months. Everything is fine in the tank now, just came out of nowhere and hit frick'en hard. Lesson learned...crap happens, no matter how many precautions you take.
