very nice fish. What temp do you have yours in? I have mine in with my Gymnos and sometimes i wonder if they would do better in a heated tank. They seem stressed but otherwish look ok just not that colored up.

I feed Ken's and misc flake in AM, and Hikari Cichlid Gold in PM. Also Krill couple times a week.
Ken has fry from my pair, so available to everyone.
They just spawned a couple days ago, but this is the first time that they did not use the same spot on the driftwood. They chose to lay eggs on the broad leaves of a plastic plant. Eggs are white though, which is the first time they failed to fertalize them.

I took the heater out in spring. So room temperature which is 74-80*.
I also have some 1-2" babies in my Gymno tank which was 68-70* this winter with no probs at all.
