looks to be male. the dorsal line doesnt extend the entire length of the fin.
 
mbeatrice, I'll pester Peanut and see if he can give a definite ID.

One of my lents has a dorsal which is identical to yours, and the other has a dorsal line which extends all the way to the end of the dorsal fin.
 
Looks male. Females will have a pronounced white line, whereas males can have a pale/clear/pinkish stripe in the dorsal. Side by side its pretty distinct. I'll try to find a pic of my pair so you can see them side by side.

Keep in mind each different locality can have different coloration, some have more prominent sexual color differences than others.

Another sign is looking for some pink/reddish hue in the belly region.
