Male or Female Bifa?

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me identify the sex of my F1 Vieja Bifaciatus Cichlid. I've had him for a little over a year and bought him when he was 4-5 inches long. I don't know at exactly what point the males develop their nuchal hump. He's around 10-11 inches big right now. Thanks for your help.

The only accurate way to sex viejas is by looking at their vent or by seeing their breeding tube. My guess from looking at the pics is male, but like I said, not always accurate.

Nice! Looks very similar to my male. I have a breeding pair and when not in breeding mode, it's difficult to vent them.
