So, is it male or female? And is there a risk of them getting jiggy with it and making some hybrids? (i'd really rather they didn't!)

They just seem friendly atm, no sign of dancing around each other yet. Any fry would probably end up inside my several aggresive cat fish so no fear of them ever ending up on the market.
