Nobody will be able to give you an answer based off of that photo. A vent shot may help, but firemouth are notoriously hard to sex

I agree with above. I've kept fish from this family for many years and they can often fool you.
They are best maintained in groups like they live in nature. Kept this way males soon make their selves known.
Easeir to sex by behaviour than finage and colour in my opinion.
