MALE or Female FlowerHorn

Hi guys i receive a flowerhorn from my girlfriend but i realy dont know if is a male or female.

Venting is the only way to be sure. Try to get a close up or a side shot if you can.

just from the picture i would go male.. but true that venting is more accurate.. but a sure way is to wait for it to lay eggs

its hard to tell the gender of the fish when its only a few months old. we'll have to wait till the FH becomes a 4 incher.
