male or female flowerhorn?

Male. Hard kok, weak pearls ( Zz need to have pearls) but good fins and tail. I would pass though.
Wasn't really looking for a show male. Here where I'm from this is definantly considered good. Just looking for a potential mate for my female

Ended up getting the flower horn. Just put him in the tank. Him and the jag went at it for about 5 seconds and all is calm now. Here are a couple of pics

Could be a female I'm not sure. Some female can form a kok on their head too. With the red line on the fin it look like a female.

So red Line on the fin usually means it's female? Hopefully it drops it's tube soon and I'll know for sure

It's usually a black dot on the fin to tell it a male or female but I'm not really sure about ur because I never see a red line before. It also it also look like the kok is forming but there are some female out there that also have a kok but they r rare. Maybe wait and in time it will show wat sex it is?
