That one is so small yet that with out the obvious signs like flower mark on the fin or something there is only one way to be certin. Vent check it if you can but still may be hard because it is yet so small still.

Bastard is correct, vent it to be sure. In absence of the "trimac spot" on the dorsal fin It would appear to be a male.
