Male or female Kamfamalu

This Is my 1st flowerhorn and up to this point I thought it was a male. When I got home from work yesterday the tube looks to be down. The fish keeps circling the rock in full breeding dress . I think he might be a she what are you think? ( Sorry for the bad pictures I take better ones later )

That’s a really thick tube, might be a hernia. But if it’s a female, she’s lovely.

Definitely looks female, is their any mate's with her in the tank?

I put another female flowerhorn on the other side of the tank divider last week. They both keep flagging with one another through the divider. I also changed there food so I don’t know if it’s a hernia or that her tube dropped.
