male or female ? please !

It is about 5 months old ! it was in my 125g sa , but now its in a 55g for the time being. because it was getting anal.

Ok well I figured it maybe a female because it had paired off with a male firemouth in my 125g I figured they may breed but then it just went crazy and almost killed the poor little FM (maybe the fm couldn't seel the deal) !

So if she's a girl are all female fh's fertile ? what would a good male fish that would definatley be fertile be to breed ? a midas ? or a parrot ? or ?

Very well could be female but dont EVER go on the black markings in the dorsal fin for a FH... This might be a sure shot with pure cichlids but its a big no no for FH bro's...
