the kamfa i posted up few weeks back has something sticking out from the vent. it doesnt look like poop or intestine. its like a transparent looking thing. any clue? i try to catch the fish and look at the vent but it was trying to bite me so i couldnt take any picture

more close up pixs from that single pix looks to be a male but i know there are rare situations when females get a hump looks male 2 me
 
i took a very hard shot of the vent. cant make it out much i indicated where it was

some idiot told me it was a female. so i was so confused. thx. i guess ill have to pick up a female then.
 
you think this male is fertile or infertile. if it shoots blanks then its kinda pointless to breed
