Is my 5.5'' rotkeil severum male or female?(sorry for the flash)Im guessing he's a male but i not 100 percent sure.

Not sure, it does have some worming. My female had 0 worming and this one might just be a developing male or a suprisingly nice female.

As you can see he is developing some worming on his face, so he may not be female.

Actually it's a male. The first pics were so blurry that you couldn't really see the worming on its face
