Maybe cause of the spotting but pops will have a better idea.

Two bottom pics look like my males did when that young. The top two pics are harder to tell.

I agree with the last one looking male but could just be the way the dorsal laying but hard to tell, size and age of all? barring goes away for males along with some size and body changes once a year or so old and around 6 to 7"

looking at it starting to lean first 2 pics and the last 2 pics the same fish, first 2 I would go female for now. last 2 appear larger and leaning male. again age. size helps.

Both are same age. I bought them together 2 months ago. I'm attaching a picture of the bottom one I had taken at the time I bought him.
