Can multiple male Peacocks of the same species coexist in the same tank? I have two Ruby Reds that lip-lock frequently. No fin, etc damage, but their mouths get a little freyed.

What about male Peacocks of different species? Can they coexist?

I have not actually kept peacocks myself, but from reading and talking with others male peacocks from different species can coexist given enough tank space. Not sure if different species are more or less aggressive (like the range found in mbunas), but many do mix male species of peacocks.

As for males from the same species coexisting, I am not sure. Most all-male peacock tanks I have seen usually try for as many different species as possible. That could be because they can't coexist, but more likely just for variety and more colors.

I will add that female peacocks all look pretty similar and unless you are ok with hybrids should be kept in a species only tank because they will readily breed with any species male.
