A month ago, i bought a 35cm matured male ray. I have 2 females size 30-35cm which supposedly already mature as well.

I wonder why i dont see any mating signs on the females? It has been a month already.

Am i missing something?

What species are they? Iv got a 30cm male pearl and he’s no where near being fully mature yet.

It is a blackdiamond ray

Some take a while at first. Once they breed once and figure it out, it gets much easier from there. Some can take a while to bond enough for the female to be receptive to a males advanced IME. Enjoy the tank while it still isn’t a war zone haha.

Add another mature male may start some compitition/dominance and speed up the process. Or be patient and see what transpires

be patient bro.. When i got my male it was about that size.. took him about 1 to 2 years only he started to mate with a female.. now waiting to see the pups... most likely by mid January the female will give birth
