Male RD breeding size

What is the minimum size for a sexually mature male Red Devil? Or age for that matter?

I just baught a pair of breeding red devil like a week ago and they are more than 3 or 4 inches Maybe.. and they already had babies in the store. I know you were asking age but thats how big the ones I have are.
