I am curious why this is. I have a 500 gallon pond with a 1' x 3' basking area and in that area there is a 1' x 1' litter box filled with co-co bedding. On 3 occasions I found that someone was digging (bedding spread everywhere), assuming that it was my large female looking for an egglaying site.
Today to my surprise I found the my large male turtle was the digger, why?
Also, I am looking for a pre-made pond (fiberglass) that is no more than 4' deep and somewhere around 1-3k gallons. Any idea where I could find something like this?
