Male Syn??

my thoughts is this is a male. he is about 9inches now. starting a hump. colors are fantastic. i've had him since he was about 2.5inches. had him for about a year and half maybe longer. currently in isolation.

is this a male, cause i have seen many females that are just as colorful and with a small hump on heads. also is his white goatee common? :D

Greetings my friend, I have a Syns that is about 6", I still can't figure out the gender of these damned things.... Yours look great, there was an old Tetra Book that was called Tank Busters, that had a picture of a syns which inspired me to get one.... Did you go to AA today? I went in and traded an old Emperor 280 for a new Aqueon 55 (wanted to give them a whirl)....

what up scott. yeah syns give me trouble. unless they are laying eggs lol. just thought i'd see what everyone else thought. also wanted to show of his goatee.

nah i didn't goto AA today. went like last monday or something tho. i have that tank buster book :D i didn't know that AA took trade ins. besides fish that is. i haven't used a Aqueon yet, so i dunno nothing bout them.
