So I'm thinking about adding a male ray with my female. My only fear is that the male will be aggressive and bite my female once he matures. Thoughts and experience? I want my ray to be perfect without any damages to her at all.

Will take about 2 years for a male to mature. You will have plenty of time to enjoy their patterns. By then you will be ready to breed them
