I found MFK a couple of years ago. Its a good thing, I've learned a lot and passed on some of that knowledge. I just wonder where I'd (or I should say, my fish) would be if I would have found 'cichlidzone.com' instead.

The last one took the cake! He would definitely need protection from the mods if he posted that nonsense on this site. I really enjoy and appreciate all of the great knowledge and experiences that have been shared with me on MFK. It has definitely made me a better fish keeper. Down side is that I have learned about far too many fish and I will probably always have the need to set up more tanks for the new fish that I want.
 
It's wierd how different forums seem to attract different sorts of folks. Personally, I feel MUCH happier on here !

The only problem with this forum is the people who joined because they think it's cool to be a "monster fish keeper"

whatever that means.
