I went to a lfs to see if the store had anything rare. Well nothing really rare but I personally haven't seen Pearl Gourami in years and I've always liked them. My Mother had a couple in the 70's. To make a long story short never remember them pooping so much lol.
Tbh I didn't do any research prior to buying them so shame on me. If it's a diet issue someone please let me know.

Omnivorous so should pretty much eat anything. Although never really fed them much other than a decent all in flake food.
Got to admit, one of my favourite of the gourami.
Look to breed them in the future, that’s doable and a good experience if you have the room for a few hundred mini me!

Very nice addition!
One of my favorite gouramis, although I have not had them in a long while. Even though Pearls are perhaps the least aggressive of gouramis, adult males can still be quite aggressive towards each other, thus doing better solo. As they grow, you may find necessary to separate them, although it may work better for you than it did for me.
