Man Shot Outside of Prison!....minutes after being released!

Jaws,this one is for you!...can a person be any more stupid than this idiot? This guy attacked and tried to cajack a correctional officer in the prison's parking lot mere minutes after he was discharged from the prison.The officer had just gotten off work and was about to get into his vehicle when the man ambushed him.The man had been hanging around in the parking lot rather than leaving the area.A struggle between the two ensued and luckily the officer was able to draw his weapon and fire a shot into his attacker.
I know the officer and hope that he makes it through this ordeal....as for the once again inmate,he is in critical condition with a chest wound.

Indeed.The officer is 66 years old and not in the best of health but he comes to work every day and works on the toughest shift.The inmate is a 26 year old career thug.

It has been said about quite a few inmates there that the reason they are still alive is that they are locked up.A few have been murdered shortly after being released and returning to their neighborhoods.

Whaaaaat ? I would throw a "LOL" out there but as you mentioned the ordeal the officer is going to go through to prove his innocence will not be fun.


All those tax dollars wasted on "rehabilitation" smh .22 slug would have been soo much more effective and cheaper.
 
That was one of the 1st things i didnt understand when i 1st got on the job.

"Mhh they let these guys out in the same area i go home from"
