strange behavior out of these 2 fish. my female dovii laid eggs for my male dovii then my male got aggressive so i moved her temperarily in with the much larger jag. at first she kept him at bay and the larger jag didnt seem to mind her pushing at him now they just sit on the bottom side by side. not moving and when they do they both move and sit side by side again. not sure if there showing different signs of breeding or just bored because im getting ready to move in a couple weeks and there not in there permanant homes yet. there both in a 55 right now. jag is about 8-9 inches and female dovii is about 4.5 inches.
