Currently i am at college, however back at home i have a pair of managuense. The problem is that my dad does not like dealing with the fry that they have every so often. If i were to make a lot of caves is there any catfish, or any other fish for that matter that would be able to live and at the same time also eat a portion of the fry. The tank is 75 gallons. I know that someone is going to think or say that a 75 is to small, but i assure you with this male it is fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

In a tank that small I don't think a catfish would survive comfortably - you could try it and give him lots of hiding spots, but there's no guarantee he'll venture out for fry.

Edit: I'd try a striped raphael catfish.

try any of the armored cats

then when you get home from college sell the armored cat before it gets too big for your tank.. then you deal with raising the fry
