Managuense tail problem?

For a while now my jaguar has had a sore on his tail. It looked like it was going away a little while ago but has started up again. Any ideas of what it is? or how i can treat it? I do bi weekly water changes and my tank isnt overstocked or underfiltered at all. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated. Please and Thank you.

looks like an infected wound just add some aquarium salt / melafix

I agree also i would do weekly changes or even twice weekly i might over do it though

*by bi weekly i ment twice a week haha, i never realized i worded it like that. thanks for the advice though.
