I have a female managuensis (jaguar) sized almost 10 inches and introduced in the tank recently a male motaguensis sized 9 inches.
In the first week these 2 fish were fighting all the time and hitting eachother.The female managuensis started hitting alot the motaguensis but in the end the male motaguensis managed to dominate and i had to seperate them and put the male into a different aquarium.After 2-3 weeks i put the male back into the aquarium with the female and they paired almost instantly.The fry hatched just yesterday and the pair is guarding them .I am so curious to see how the fry will look into so i will make my best to raise as many as possible.I will post photos soon for you to see the pair and the quantity of the fry.They are so many!!!!!!!
