Mangrove Snapper info

Anyone keep a Mangrove snapper before? Ones that come from florida. Looking for any info on aquarium care for this fish.

Try the search bar and see if any info is there. It has been awhile but do remember a member having a Mangrove Jack.

They are brackish and require full salt when an adult. Will tolerate freshwater but not a true freshwater snapper. Can easily get over 2ft in the home aquarium. Will take most foods. Once over a foot will become aggressive. Hard to keep with tankmates cause of water needs and large tankmates needed.

I kept jack trevally in brackish. Also had a snook in full fresh water.
