Mantilla

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Beautiful pattern...I would feed 2x per day.

thanks she is a bit skinny. I try to feed her a few massivore during the morning and fish at night. though i sometimes have a hard time getting food to her as the arowana likes to gobble up all the food i drop . and he likes to dive down after food

Beautiful baby you have there

Just a sugestion... I also have one of my baby rays with my Super red, 2 severums and 2 datnoids so what I started doing was feeding the baby with a long tank tweezers and droping his piece of fish just in front of him
At first he was a little scared but soon realized the tweezers meant food and pounced on it straight away and now i dont even use the tweezers because he associates my hand with food and comes runing

Use a smaller diameter PVC pipe to get the food in front of her...

Am I the only one worried about the size of the aro in the tank?

will use a PVC :)

This aro is quite friendly and does not go after tankmates .
I've had him for almost 10 years now.

can even pet him when he is not that Hungry lol :) otherwise he'll think my hands are food.

btw will severums be good tankmate for the ray?

I don't think you could fit more in that tank, that aro looks pretty cramped
