Hi.
Nice to meet you all
Thought I would introduce myself.
My name is Mike and am from Warrington in the UK. I have been keeping fish on and off for about 3 yrs now and have recently decided to get away from community fish and move on to large fish like cichlids.
My only trouble is that seeing as i've only kept community fish i'ma little unsure as to what ornaments to put into my new tank (120 litre). I've got a little FH now about 2 inches and a Pleco about 8-9 inches.
I've got a few large smooth rocks and an imitation log that both my pleco and FH go into. Should i take it out or leave it in. The Pleco stays in there all day only coming out @ night when Iturn off the lights. Your help would be apprecaited. THANX :)

View attachment 509223welcome to MFK, nice to meet you and glad your part of this great forum.. if you have any questions about the forum just ask..always here to help if you need it.. Have Fun! Your ornaments sound just fine for now..of course as they grow they will need a larger home.. looks to me like they are both happy having their little hideaway.

Thanks m8.
i'll keep it in for now then.it is a bit of a squeeze though with them both in. Will they be ok?
i am sorry..when i first read the post i thought both had their own... now i realize they are sharing the same one... definitly go get another one..plecos sometimes suck on the fish.. and remove slime off of the fishes scales.. so if their in their own house it would be much better.. if you get another one i am sure one will leave and like being alone.. lol
