Maracyn2 vs. Maracyn-TC???

So yeah. I'm in the middle of a treatment on two 55 gallons with Maracyn2. I needed more meds and I accidentally bought TC not 2... Can I substitute??

Fish have (90% sure of this) Columnaris, some have advanced to Hem. Septacemia.

Both are designed to use on gram negative bacteria, the TC is tetracycline based so might be more effective than the 2 for septicemia but I have never tried it.
