So, my large albino channel cat (probably around 12-14") outgrew the tank I had it in, so I moved it to the larger one with the 20" Marble Pim and Tiger O's... all seemed good until I walking into my fish room a few days after the move too see the water fouled. My heart sunk, thinking it was the Marble that hadn't eaten in over two months, but instead found the channel half eaten and the Marble with a full belly.
I still can't get the dang Marble to eat anything else... but at least I feel better that it got some nutrients, even if it was at the expense of my poor channel...

Just goes to show, can never trust a catfish 100%.

Sorry for your loss :(

Thanks guys, I'd rather have it this way, than the other way around, at least now I'm not worried about the marble starving itself to death! haha

Time to get more feeder channels:nilly:

Told ya the marble will come around and eat - pity it was the channel cat ^^ no pic of full marble?

No pic... water was way to fouled... didn't want to look bad around here and get badgered for poor water quality. I did a 50% water change and the fx5 has the water looking crystal clear again.
However, the marble still wont eat anything else...you might be right Aqua! More feeder channels!

Odd that I have a sun cat in the same tank thats smaller than the channel was, and it hasn't been touched. The marble and the sun actually cuddle! :screwy:

sorry about your loss, but its for sure easier to get another channel
