hello marble convict lovers ... first of all i wanna know if any one had to cross ( for example zebra convict with white or pink convict ) to get marble convict

or how can i have marble convict from normal cons ??

No, a regular and pink convict won't create marbles. I have five of them, and they are all unique, and beautiful. No pics right now. My favorite convict variety.

? i've had some thrown well they look marbled off mating like that. you tell me im wrong but then you don't explain yourself?

the top one to me look's like a old regular convict an the bottom one is a off color i've never seen before.

In all fairness, you said "mate a regular convict an a pink convict" and didnt explain how that makes a marble...







Its genetic, not based on what color the parents are.

ya one has to have alot of pink or recessive gene an eventually it will throw one or two marbles. from my years of breeding it is like 5 or 6 generations of constant breeding pinkxpink/black babies. it take's work but eventually you will get a marbled convict.

Yea, they were a weird looking strain. There were thousands at a store I visited in Washington. That male had a lot f black, most didn't have half as much and the females were sporting a lot of orange.

You may be able to get them through selective breeding, but the true Marble Convicts are a wild occurring color variety from particular localities.
