is there any difference between a marble motoro ray and a ocellate river ray ? they look the same

Correct, they are the same fish indeed. Just caught in different river systems.
Many motoros ( and other rays for that matter ) have several "street names"
Oronico river is another. Most marbled motoros come from columbia and Brazil.
