Can I put a marbled cat shark (Atelomycterus macleayi) and a california stingray in a 125 gallon tank? Many Websites say you can. If not, is there any smaller shark in the trade? What about the Ray?

Chris

The cat shark will be fine assuming the tank is a standard 125, i.e. 72 inch long by 18 wide. The ray will do fine for a while but will eventually get a bit too big for the tank. The coral cat will do well for quite a while but eventually you may find that a 180 will be better for it. Coral cats max out at about 22-24".
