Marbled cray fish spray

I bought some marbled crayfish a few months ago. They have grown nicely, and I did notice some white powder on the plants and driftwood in the tank. Today, there was a clear line of some white spray across a front glass. Do they spray? how to handle it?

Mine haven’t ever “sprayed”. They do molt, mine didn’t eat the molt either. If it’s still in there, it could be breaking down and fouling your water. Any pics of spray?

The snails ate the spray happily, but the plants dislike it. Mine molt too, the molt disappear but I do not know who eats it. If they spray again, I will try to take a pic.

During the day, they made a new one. What do they want??

Wow! I have no clue! I’d guess it’s from the snails???
