I have a growing Senegal, he is able to take pieces of silversides. I have a twenty gallon breeder tank that I'd like to switch to marbled crayfish, but I want to make sure their shells won't be too rough on a senegal's digestion. I've found 10 marbled crayfish for a reasonable price, and think I want to try my hand. Will feeding a marbled crayfish harm a senegal in any way? I would only be feeding young ones.

They eat them in the wild so should be ok 
and if its not then he won't eat them

Just feed it very young crays, like a half inch or so. If they're similar in size to shrimp they won't be much tougher to eat.
