I bought a marbled gar 3 days ago I also have a long nose gar & a silver gar but my new marbled gar won’t eat maybe because she’s new in the tank? Or maybe she needs another partner marbled gar? And also how often should I feed them?

This fish is most likely the spotted pike characin, Boulengerella lateristriga. They are not bred in captivity, so your specimen is wild caught, and wild caught fish can sometimes be difficult to get to eat in captivity. What are you attempting to feed him? They should eat live foods readily and can be converted to frozen smelt or other fish with a little work.
Not very much info in post, so hard to say what is causing your fish to not eat. What is size of tank? Water parameters?
2 days is not all that long, fish can go weeks without eating. I would give the new fish a week to settle in before becoming too concerned. Garlic can also stimulate a fish's appetite. If it has been more than a week in the tank and the fish seems comfortable but will not touch food- then I would become a bit concerned. Right now, I think it is still a bit soon.

Well I ONLY feed feeders and they all eat as soon as I put the feeders in bt this “gar” don’t put much attention on the feeders ... I have a 50G tank.. so should I put a lil garlic in the water?

Would wait it out and try some floating plants to reduce stress. Should eventually eat.

The ancient fish section might get you more replies from gar experts.
I would wait 3-5 more days and let the fish become accustomed to the tank before trying the garlic. I would not mess with the tank much or do anything that might scare the fish in these few days.
