Marbled motoros WC or CB?

Depends on who you get them from. Some are CB, but most of the ones you will find on aquabid or elsewhere (unless they specify otherwise) will be wild caught.
If you were asking if the pattern occurs naturally, the answer is yes (with conditions). I've heard of breeders cultivating specific patterns from their rays (mostly in Asia), but marble motoros can be both wild caught or captive bred.
