marbled sleeper goby survive in cold water?

i have a marbled sleeper goby, hes maybe 13 inches long and i cant expand my tank, its 75 gals and too small really, i wonder if he can survive in cold water, if so id like to put him in a quarry, he wont escape and i can stoke it with feeders
