My lfs has these cool saltwater snakes called blue marine file snakes.Does anyone know how to take care of one?

Okay but do you know anything about them?I am reconsidering this, but I am still looking you know, for what I asked.though quite frankly,I do have experience with marine aquariums (6 years,7 now)and reptile (4 years). And I am looking for a hard project because for some reason everything in the past years have been quite a breeze, and I certainly don't want to give up fishkeeping becuase of mere boredom.

Eh, thats pricey for something thats going to under huge amounts of stress. (wild caught, shipped, etc)

And crammed in a 10 gallon?
Tank requirement for a pair are a 10 gallon, salt (Instant Ocean Mix), sponge filter/air-pump, biological water conditioner, and some rocks for hiding spots.

Drop a $250 animal in a $50 setup? I notice it doesn't mentioned a tight lid...i'm sure they would pretty easily get out just like eels and such.

Look up the genus Acrochordus for more info. I never heard of a full marine species before. The 3 species typically inhabit stream, river, and estuary environments. At most, I'd consider them to be brackish species.

Saltwater snakes are poisonous. Is blue marine file one of them?

Could it be similar to sea kraits?
