I have a Marineland C-360 and everytime I clean it the filter baskets never seem to fit flush together so everytime I plug it in, it leaks. I have tried replacing the O-Ring, using different media but the outcome is always same. Do you guys have any advice?

Dump the filter. I know it will cost you money but you will be alot happier with an fx5 or something else

I always remove the very first tray or remove the thin tray or whatever it is, I could never get it to fit right myself unless I removed one of those components. I don't buy them anymore, to many problems and very loud.
