Anybody have any experience with these tanks? Any quality issues? They advertise ultra clear glass, is it any different? Noticeable?

I am assuming the ultra clear glass is starfire glass. It has a lower iron content and won't give a green tint.

the crystal clear advertisement is for their starfire glass.. which from what i understand when ordering said tank is an upcharge, and you can get either the front pane or the front and 2 sides. starfire tanks are as nice as advertised.. but $$$ idk otherwise if the starfire is any more or less "tough" then the standard glass used in tanks but it is clearer and is more noticable when useing thicker glass imo. I've never heard negative reviws on the tanks themselves.

I think its a ton easier to scratch star fire than regular from my experience

Does anyone know if they make a 5x2x2 150? Im not sure about the extra wide tanks but I kinda have a bone to pick with marineland tanks after I had a 40 gallon break after a month and a half and dump all 40 gallons on my floor, their customer service wasnt the best either and it took a couple weeks to get a replacement. Im happy with them overall but I really hope that it doesnt happen to anyone else...

I am working with the marineland 150 DD right now. Its a great tank the starfire comes stock with all their dd tanks now I believe only on the front though.
