Impressive but is there a reason why you chose to filter your tank like this?

The same results could have been achieved with a much cheaper system that uses less power which would save even more in the long run.

I see your point, but most of the fish in this tank will get quite large so better to be prepared now then have to upgrade later when the bio-load gets a lot higher. Also if anyone is interested I'm using the FX5's strictly for mechanical filtration. The rena's cover the biological/chemical side.
