With all the negative threads that have been circulating lately with these heaters, (including me), I figure it would only be fair to put in a good word for their Customer Service.

As some of you know I had two 250w Stealth Heaters over a year old that went out @ almost the same time. I also had two brand new 300 watt Stealth Pros go out. All this with in a months time. One DOA and one went bad in first month. Returned all 4 of them to the manufacturer skipping the middle man.
They have replaced both the 250s and the 300s are on backorder, so they are sending me 2 more 250s for the inconvenience and will send out the replacements for the 300s when they come in.
 
hey mind sharing one of the 250s? im in the market for a heater for my 75 but don' want to spend to much =))
 
I've dealt with Marineland's customer service a couple times and had the same positive experience. Very polite and eager to make things right.
 
I hear ya I just sent back my 400watt and I only had it for a month and half light was on and no heat come from it. What is the worst part of the whole thing is trying to contact some one and wait forever to get a reply via email sinks. I called them and they are like what to you mean it doesn't work. So if they don't cover this then I'm done with those heaters and maybe the company as well we shall see.
