I know in the past marineland has gotten some shoddy customer service threads on here but either times have changed or I just got a hell of a rep.
My Double bright LED strips have had their power adapters blow out on my 2 lights in the past 2 weeks. The lights themselves are fine as I have them on other adapters right now. That said I need my backup adapters for other items so I called Marineland today asking to BUY some new adapters. The parts are not on the website so I decided to call.
Well after about 15 minutes on hold I got in touch with someone. She took my information and then said that they had no supply of the power adapters to send to me. I was just about to start to go off about ripping some out of a new box to send to me when the service rep said she woudl simply send me 2 new light fixtures.
Talk about above and beyond. Marineland gets a double thumbs up from me for this awesome customer care.
