Hi all
Today where I work we got 4 returns for these specific heaters. Two different customers returned two each and said they "just stopped working". Upon inspection, I could tell that there was either water or condensation inside. All of the heaters were bought between last July and this February. Looking in the returns box there was another 300 watt visitherm. These were the only heaters in the box and we sell 4 brands and all sizes.
Anyways, I am thinking there was some factory defect with this lot of heaters perhaps. Did anybody else have any <1 year old 300 watt visitherm heaters die on them or get water inside?
I have two of these from last year in my 165 gallon aquarium, and I am hoping that these don't just fail on me as I think I may have lost the boxes.
