Market Shrimp Diet

I'm a noob with feeding, and right now I feed my SA/CA's a mixture of:

1) Pellets
2) Ghost Shrimp
3) Feeders (rarely)
4) Crickets

I would like to feed them something else, and I am curious to know if "market shrimp" is just shrimp you buy at the store for human consumption? Is it the raw shrimp or the pre-cooked? OK, I feel stupid now.

Pellets and RAW market shrimp is good. What kind of fish are you feed?

Hi,its a good combination of foods for many carnivorous fishes.

ya i would say
staple- raw shrimp, pellets, frozen bloodworms, earthworms
occasional- ghost shrimp, crickets
specialty-(once a month or every other month) frozen beefheart, feeders

Some precooked shrimps has salts added.

Cooking also breaks down certain proteins.

I buy the frozen bags of raw cocktail shrimp, with shell on. Some fish like the shell, some don't. Thaw however many you want to feed, cut up and serve.
